Condition Shown Upfront

We share real photos and clear condition notes before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

About this Service

Open-box pricing only works if you know exactly what you are buying. We photograph each unit as it sits, note the damage, and share both before you commit — by text, over the phone, or in the store.

If a dent is on a side panel that ends up against a wall, that is worth knowing. If it is on the front of the door, that is worth knowing too. We would rather tell you than have you find out at delivery.

What you see before you buy

  1. Real photos of the actual unit, not stock images
  2. A written condition note describing any damage
  3. The model number, so you can look up full specs yourself
  4. A straight answer on anything the photos do not show
Working Process

How We Work

Buying an open-box appliance should be simple. Here is how it goes, from your first message to the day the unit is in your kitchen or laundry room.

Tell Us What You Need

Call, text, or message us with the appliance you are looking for. We check what is actually on the floor that day and send real photos of the units we have.

See the Condition First

You get the model number, the condition notes, and the price before you drive over. If a dent matters for where the unit will sit, you know about it in advance.

Buy and Schedule

Pay in store or apply for financing, then pick a delivery window. Plenty of customers load up and take the unit home the same day.

Delivery and Support

We deliver and set the unit in place. Warranty paperwork goes with it, and if you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it.
