We acquire returned or display appliances at deep discounts—often around ~20% of MSRP—because they can’t be sold as “new.”

About this Service

Large retailers and manufacturers end up with appliances they can no longer sell as new — customer returns, floor models, units with shipping scuffs, or overstock from a discontinued line. Those units still work, but once the box is open they leave the "new" channel for good.

We buy them in volume, directly from that channel, usually at a small fraction of what the same model lists for on a showroom floor. That purchase price is the single biggest reason our shelf prices look the way they do.

What this means for you

You are buying a current-generation appliance with a cosmetic or paperwork history, not an older or lesser model.

  1. Same brands and model numbers carried by national retailers
  2. Priced up from what we paid, not discounted down from a list price
  3. Inventory turns constantly, so what is on the floor this week is genuinely new stock
Working Process

How We Work

Buying an open-box appliance should be simple. Here is how it goes, from your first message to the day the unit is in your kitchen or laundry room.

Tell Us What You Need

Call, text, or message us with the appliance you are looking for. We check what is actually on the floor that day and send real photos of the units we have.

See the Condition First

You get the model number, the condition notes, and the price before you drive over. If a dent matters for where the unit will sit, you know about it in advance.

Buy and Schedule

Pay in store or apply for financing, then pick a delivery window. Plenty of customers load up and take the unit home the same day.

Delivery and Support

We deliver and set the unit in place. Warranty paperwork goes with it, and if you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it.

Benefits

Service Benefits

Why sourcing this way keeps your cost down:

  1. We skip the new-goods distribution chain and the markup layered onto it
  2. Buying in volume means we are not paying a premium for a single unit
  3. Cosmetic damage and open packaging cost you less; they do not change how the appliance runs
  4. When a model line is discontinued the discount deepens, and we pass that through
