Technicians verify core functions and note any scratches or dents. Every unit gets a quick, consistent pass—no guessing.

Service Details

About this Service

Every unit that comes through the door gets the same pass before it is priced or put on the floor. Technicians power it up, run the core functions, and check that the parts a buyer actually cares about are present and working.

Cosmetic condition is recorded at the same time — scratches, dents, missing trim, anything visible — so the condition note attached to the unit matches what you will see in person.

What gets checked

  1. Power-on and control panel response
  2. Core function: cooling, heating, fill and drain, spin, or cycle depending on the appliance
  3. Doors, seals, hinges, racks, shelves and accessories
  4. Visible cosmetic damage, photographed and written down
Working Process

How We Work

Buying an open-box appliance should be simple. Here is how it goes, from your first message to the day the unit is in your kitchen or laundry room.

Tell Us What You Need

Call, text, or message us with the appliance you are looking for. We check what is actually on the floor that day and send real photos of the units we have.

See the Condition First

You get the model number, the condition notes, and the price before you drive over. If a dent matters for where the unit will sit, you know about it in advance.

Buy and Schedule

Pay in store or apply for financing, then pick a delivery window. Plenty of customers load up and take the unit home the same day.

Delivery and Support

We deliver and set the unit in place. Warranty paperwork goes with it, and if you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it.
