About this Service
Our price is built from the bottom up: what the unit cost us, plus freight, plus testing and store overhead, plus a modest margin — typically under ten percent. There is no inflated list price waiting to be marked down.
That is why you will not see a permanent sale banner here. The number on the tag is the number, and it moves only when the cost behind it moves, or when a unit has sat long enough that we would rather turn it.
How a price is set
- Acquisition cost of that specific unit
- Freight and handling to get it here
- Testing, storage and store operating cost
- A small margin — not a showroom markup
How We Work
Buying an open-box appliance should be simple. Here is how it goes, from your first message to the day the unit is in your kitchen or laundry room.
Tell Us What You Need
Call, text, or message us with the appliance you are looking for. We check what is actually on the floor that day and send real photos of the units we have.
See the Condition First
You get the model number, the condition notes, and the price before you drive over. If a dent matters for where the unit will sit, you know about it in advance.
Buy and Schedule
Pay in store or apply for financing, then pick a delivery window. Plenty of customers load up and take the unit home the same day.
Delivery and Support
We deliver and set the unit in place. Warranty paperwork goes with it, and if you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it.
Service Benefits
What transparent pricing changes:
- Condition drives the discount, so a heavier scratch means a lower price
- No inflated original price to make a discount look bigger than it is
- You can compare our tag directly against a retailer's everyday price
- Ask how we got to a number and we will walk you through it
