About this Service
Open-box does not mean uncovered. Units we sell still qualify for the manufacturer's warranty, and extended coverage is available on many of them. Because terms vary by brand, by model, and by how the unit reached us, we confirm the status on the specific appliance you are looking at rather than making a blanket claim.
How to check coverage
- Ask us for the model and serial number of the unit
- We tell you the manufacturer warranty status on that exact appliance
- We explain what extended coverage is available, if any, and what it costs
- You keep the paperwork for any future claim
How We Work
Buying an open-box appliance should be simple. Here is how it goes, from your first message to the day the unit is in your kitchen or laundry room.
Tell Us What You Need
Call, text, or message us with the appliance you are looking for. We check what is actually on the floor that day and send real photos of the units we have.
See the Condition First
You get the model number, the condition notes, and the price before you drive over. If a dent matters for where the unit will sit, you know about it in advance.
Buy and Schedule
Pay in store or apply for financing, then pick a delivery window. Plenty of customers load up and take the unit home the same day.
Delivery and Support
We deliver and set the unit in place. Warranty paperwork goes with it, and if you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it.
Service Benefits
Why this matters on a discounted appliance:
- Manufacturer coverage protects the mechanical side — which is not what the discount is about
- Coverage status is confirmed before purchase, not assumed
- Extended options are available where they make sense for the unit
- If you ever need to file a claim, come back and we will help you do it
